RESERVATION AND LODGING POLICIES
Weekend / Holiday Reservations
Weekend reservations have a two-night minimum, except Type 4, 5, & 6 units, which always have a three-night minimum. No reservation will be accepted for less than a three-night charge on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Fall Festival weekends. A pre-payment is required to confirm each reservation.
Room rates for arrivals on or prior to December 31st of current year are guaranteed as long as your reservation is not changed. For arrivals after December 31st of current year, deposits or prepayment guarantee room availability only, as rates are subject to change without notice.
Type 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, RV Hook-Ups & Suites:
•Cancellation notice of 14 days or more: 90% refund.
•Cancellation notice of 3-13 days: 90% refund if accommodations are re-rented for the entire reservation period.
•Cancellation notice of 2 days or less: no refund.
Type 7 Houses
•Cancellation notice of 6 months or more: 90% refund.
•Cancellation notice of less than 6 months: 90% refund if the accommodations are re-rented for the reservation period as confirmed.
Photo ID required for check-in. Credit card or room payment is due upon check-in. We do our very best to have your accommodations ready for your arrival. Check-in time is after 4:00pm, and we suggest that you plan to occupy your accommodations after that hour. You are welcome, however, to enjoy the resort’s facilities anytime prior to your check-in. Sorry for any inconvenience, but if you are involved in changing rooms, please be prepared to vacate your first room by noon. Your new room is not guaranteed until after 4:00pm on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 8:30pm, please notify our reservation office in advance. This is very important to ensure the access of your room upon arrival. Checkout time is 12:00 noon.
Additional Persons: The quoted room rate covers up to and including the maximum number of occupants as dictated by the number of beds. Any additional person, age 6 or older, will be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per person per night. This fee includes use of rollaway bed. Additional rollaway beds may be requested for an additional $10.00 per night.
Should you desire additional tables or chairs for your accommodation during your stay, they are available on a limited basis, with advance notice, and a fee. Tables are $5.00 each and chairs are $2.00 each.
We prefer you leave pets at home. Should you choose to bring a pet, we charge a minimum of $20.00 per pet per night.
Cribs and Rollaways
•Cribs: Infant port-a-cribs are available for a nightly charge of $5.00 each.
•Rollaways: Rollaway beds are available for a nightly charge of $10.00 per night.
Credit Cards and Other Payment Issues
•We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
•All prices are subject to change without notice.
•Sales tax is 9%.
Suggestions for Making Family Reunion or Group Reservations
•Each unit should be reserved in the name of the person who will be occupying that room. It is certainly easier and less confusing if each family makes their own reservation. We will look to that person for the reservation deposit and payment of the final bill.
•If it is necessary for one person to make the deposit for more than one room, deposits will be credited to the individual room and will be deducted from the occupant’s bill and not the person who may have made the deposit.
•For unit types 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, requests will be taken for a specific unit number. However, no guarantee can be made.
